Garden of Compassion

Garden of Compassion - COMING SOON!

Now under construction, the LHM Garden of Compassion is a place where people can come together and enjoy outdoor activities and the beautiful natural scenery of our Williston campus. When complete, the space will feature accessible pathways for bird watching, raised garden beds for planting and ample seating for spending time with friends and family. Several pieces of artwork add a special touch including two Peace and Praise murals (dedicated October 8, 2022) and a Dancing with the Angels sculpture (coming soon).

Murals Installed

Two ceramic murals created by Sister Mary Jane Sorosiak, of Alverno Art Studio at Lourdes University have already added beauty to the new space. A member of the Sisters of St. Francis, Sylvania, Ohio, Sister Mary Jane sketched and crafted Peace and Praise, depicting the magnificence of God's creation throughout the seasons.
